You may return or exchange your on-line purchases within the first 30 days for any reason whatsoever.  Please include a a copy of your original invoice noting the items you are returning. Also please explain what you would like us to do (exchange for what or why returned). All returns or exchanges MUST be accompanied by the Invoice, be returned in the original packaging and be in the same condition it was shipped to you in. Returns will be credited back to the same credit card as the original charge.

Shipping and handling charges are not eligible to be refunded by the Returns Department.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on accidental breakage.

If returning to us by mail, we recommend that you send your package via a traceable method (FedEx, UPS or insured mail) and you may want to insure your package. Jeweltime is not responsible for products we do not receive or products damaged in shipping.
